The tier said that our case is on going process and said it takes 6 mos to a year to process the cr 1. Our case is already 5 mos and 1 week since we received noa 1. My question is what does he mean on going processing and when is the prediction date to be approve. Does cr1 can be long to 1 yr?pls give me explanation if somebody have the same situation and sooner get their noa2.thank u vj family godbless us all

Oh really wow! but what we heard the president promise that it will not take so long to be with our family to be far in each other, well one year is the maximum hmmmmm so what we can do...lets just pray that it will be lessen one year ... in JESUS name...

There's nothing you can do about it but to hang on. I know the waiting is really getting us crazy but it will definitely be approved soon..If not this month, maybe, next or the following months..That's what my mindset when i was on your situation..

Hello everyone,

Thank you for sharing your experiences. We received NOA1 on May 15, 2013 and have been waiting 82 days (almost 3 months) for NOA2. Should I start calling USCIS about my case status or is it still too early?

Thanks in advance,

Justin

Yes, that's ok...My husband did an Infopass at Reno too but sad to say on our part it was useless because according to my husband, the guy in the office just punched in into his computer our USCIS receipt and then read that its still in Initial Review like we can not do it ourselves
