how long is the average time processing of CR1.

they need an rfe with your petition or its for affidavit already? last march i sent my rfe in less than a week after sending my i 130 they requested for an rfe. and since then untill now they did not request for any document the tier 2 just only said its on going process . we have on the same situation your case is also in NBC me to and almost same priority date hopefully they will approve our petition this months.

hi..it is just an RFE..we also send one before and they need one more..yeah, i guess affidavit is too early for this time..Most people said it is 6-9 months, but still im hoping less than that :)

yes my husband asked about that.They said becuase of their system, some of members here they said its normal especially if its start with MSC(NBC)how long that your case is cannot be found? our is from our Noa1 until now tno update..

the congressman said that K1 is more faster. but when you are already in US, its more difficult becuase you need to wait for AOS ,which is more difficult becuase it is more expensive, then if you want to work to help your husband you cant ..one of the member said that Cr 1 is one of the good decision..

So it not an affidavit? Yeah they said 6 to 1yr but hoping also that it wil not take a year.

were same untill now i cant find in online since our noa 1 received. From NBC also.yeah some them said its normal but it is better if ee can check our status online

AOS?is that the adjusment of status? Yeah u cant work untill you are change of status right? And they said that k1 is fasster but mostly now a days cr1 has almos in the same time processing accdng to what iv read here

What was the uscis told to you?how come its a yr ?maybe there is a problem?whay country you fron are you a cr1 also? Is your spouse had merriage before?

you need to have an infopass to inquire about that.My husband and I if were not yet approved until november we do that to have an infopass..hoping for our approval soon..

it is just an RFE i guess..hopefully affidavit will come so soon :)

I also hav the same situation. We r also Feb filler and got noa-1 on 5th feb bt still can not get any responce frm the USCIS. We contact our senator n she inquired about my petition n told me tht my petition was transferred to my field office which is RENO field office . Now i dont know how much time they will take for the approval .

Did any one know abt reno office processing time????
