maybe less than a week ago.

ugh! i seen that too...people with dates later than mine and have been getting approved! but when i call the customer service number they keep saying they are looking at apps from march 2.

Maybe their cases are less to look over and my husband's waiver application needs more time to look over.

Was there any special details in your case like an arrest or depotation because that seems very unfair

:-(

For the I-130 , i-864, and DS-260 I had professional help. The lady that helped me was not a attorney but had many years of experience.

She wanted to charge more than what i thought was fair to help with the i-601. So I filled out the application and wrote the hardship letter along with evidence. I even put in

a letter from my husband. I hope I didnt do anything wrong.

The interview officer said he had to file a waiver since he was present in the USA for more than a year. He also had a minor criminal record like possession of marijuana of $5 worth.

I added that in the waiver to just cover anything and everything.

Just checking in to see if anyone had heard anything

(receipt date march 5)

put a service request on oct 16.

failed due to customer service rep using my name vs my husbands name as applicant.

called oct. 29 and was able to get transferred to level 2 customer service/ immigration officer.

informed that my husbands waiver is under review with a officer in nebraska.

still waiting and a whole lot of praying that we get an approval. ClockWatch2.gifClockWatch2.gifClockWatch2.gif
