I am going to ship off my I-129F package Monday morning next week. The current edition of the I-129F is 6/13/13. However, the USCIS web site says:

"USCIS will accept editions dated 06/22/12, 11/23/10, 06/14/10, and 02/19/10 until September 16, 2013"

I am planning on sending the I-129F 6/22/12 edition because it is much easier to fill out and less confusing. They will receive my package well before Sept. 16. I should be ok, right?

I am just a little paranoid because of all the other BS I have been through with this package. The new I-129F edition 6/13/13 is horrible in my opinion and that is why I rather use the 6/22/12 edition.

Thank you in advance and good luck with your visas!

File with the appropriate form and dates, and or I am sure the new form will do. Don't over think this stuff, do reading comprehension and you will be fine, T Bone has a great line for this but I can't find it. Here it is (Your success and your comfort level throughout your visa journey depends on your ability to read accurately and to interpret that information literally)

In Arizona its hot hot hot.

I appreciate the attribution, but I took the line from the awesome pushbrk himself, which was very much like this: "Read accurately, interpret literally, and answer completely and honestly." He may have also noted the part about success and comfort level.

Anyone on this site who follows every post that pushbrk contributes -- and who absorbs the information and understands why pushbrk is offering it -- will be far better off. My own (wife's) visa journey is finished, and I still make a point of reading everything that pushbrk writes.
