June 2013 Filer of K1 case transfer from VSC to TSC

Good day everyone!

Since i started this K1 Visa journey,i had been checking my status online everyday for almost 2 months now.I just check my status today and saw that my I129F had been transfered.I assume it had been transfer to Texas service center since on the uscis.gov website alert stated that Starting the week of July 29, 2013, USCIS began redirecting all newly filed Forms I-129F from the VSC to the TSC. The receipt notice will bear a TSC receipt number beginning with “SRC”. The case will be processed by the TSC. The CSC will continue receiving Forms I-129F.so my case was transfer today and am not sure if i should feel happy or worried,instead i have a panicky feeling inside because i do not know what to expect.I could have thought there was a balance in the workload by now since Vermont transfer January-April cases.i guess i thought wrong.I guess now i have to hope for the best.anyway I want to know if there's anyone else on here for June 2013 got transfer as well?

I was transferred today as well. It means faster processing of paperwork and more noa2s

 

8/22/15 Received notice of interview "call in letter" for September 1st 8am

9/01/15 AOS Interview Houston-APPROVED!

9/01/15 Card in production, Welcome notice has been mailed

9/05/15 Welcome Notice Received

9/08/15 Greencard was mailed

9/10/15 GREENCARD RECEIVED!!!!!!!!

6/2/17 mailed I-751 to csc priority mail

7/1/17 I-751 returned rejected (multiple items)

7/3/17 I-751 mailed again with signature confirmation

7/6/17 second I-751 delivered and signed for by Daniel Manchaca

7/10/17  Check Cashed

7/10/17  NOA

7/22/17  Biometrics letter for 8/2/17

8/02/17 Biometrics appointment DONE

3/05/18 case moved to local office

8/25/18 Extension letter (18 months)

9/29/18 service request submitted

10/06/18 response to service request

10/11/18  approved. No RFE, no interview

10/16/18  approval letter received in the mail

10/19/18 greencard received

Odd.

We filed in June, and got a notice of transfer yesterday, but it said it was transferred to my "local service center" which I assumed is Vermont. (I'm in Connecticut). Am I wrong?


Our I-129f was approved in 103 days from your NOA1 date: Approved 8, October 2013.
Our interview took 195 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.
We were approved on 13, January 2014.

They transferred lots of files for May to July. However, I'm still in VSC and don't know what is going to happen to my file. At first, the transfers meant faster NOA2 but I am not so sure with the number of transfers taking place.

June 18, 2015 EAD CARD APPROVED AWAITING DELIVERY!!!

June 24,2015 EAD/AP combo card picked up by USPS

June 25, 2015 EAD/AP card received

October 6, 2015 email stating greencards in production!!!

I was transferred today too! I am a June Filer as well.

I can only hope that's the case.I don't wanna seems unfair to others who had filed way ahead of us,but it would be nice to receive a fast approval though smile.png

well when i check my status via the uscis website it said my I129F is transfer to my local USCIS Office for further processing.But in the news alert is clearly stated that I129F is transfer from VSC to TSC since i believe at this stage of the process local office doesn't process I129F.

I would assume they had transfer cases from may to july and maybe possible early august (news alert stated transfers of early filed I129F),since the last sets were from January-April.Don't worry too much about your file for it could be a good thing since VSC might have less I129F to process.almost everyone getting transfer to TSC could be a good or bad thing.i am just hoping they will not have a backlog and process cases faster.Just keep your fingers cross and hope for the best!

I was transferred today too. I'm june filer. Jeweller, let's keep praying for more noa2 within 1-2 months.

if that's the case that would have been awesome,I am not aware of TSC processing time.when i check on uscis for VSC & CSC it said 5 months,but i have no clue pertaining to TSC.being that were are transafer i do not know if this will add extra processing time for our cases to adjudicate.I'm keeping my fingers cross that we all will receive our NOA2's!

Either way they are doing it for faster processing of our applications.

I would assume so,but how much faster does it get?cause am pretty much sure that people from probably January to February still not approve yet.I do not like to be negative but with all the numerous amount of I129F being transfer makes me worried and they are not processing in the order they are receive.either way i wish us all good luck!
