Hello Vjers,

A friend of mine is a student visa holder and will like to file for the spouse to come over and join her. She has about 3years left on her visa. The question is how can she file for him and if he comes over will he be able to work.

The spouse can get a dependent visa, and for F1 dependent, no, cannot work. All this is easily searchable.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!
