Recieved Notification from London - Panic on timings

Hello All

Please can anyone advise with this?

I received a letter from the London Embassy today explaining that they have received the approved petition and I need to complete the appropriate paperwork.

My priority date is 9th July 13 and it says the petition is valid for four months from this date and must be valid to process my case to conclusion. Does this mean I have to have had my medical and interview by this time, or does the Embassy need to have received all my papers back by this date?

I have booked to return to the USA on 30th October for 9 days returning on 8th November so I was intending to have my medical just before or after I went and be back in time for the interview.

That's fine. If you end up having your interview after the priority date + 4 months, the USC needs to send an updated, notarized, letter of intent to reaffirm their plans to marry.

Thank you so much. Was having a panic then thinking I had to cancel my visit, which is with Dad and brother so they can see where I am moving to.
