Nothing yet here too. The estimate of our NOA2 is the end of October, so we're not holding our breath. :-(

Our I-129f was approved in 103 days from your NOA1 date: Approved 8, October 2013.
Our interview took 195 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.
We were approved on 13, January 2014.

To help improve customer service, we seek feedback from our customers, stakeholders, and affiliated agencies to help identify issues that directly affect you. Email the Ombudsman Liaison Unit at OLUInquiries@dhs.gov. Please explain your concern, question, or suggestion as clearly as possible. Regrettably, we cannot post any inquiries online if they have case-specific or personal information in them.

I just saw this on the uscis website so I have sent an email to ask about the way applications are processed and why the newer filers are being approved before older files are being processed....

Maybe I'll get a reply, maybe I won't. It's worth a try....

It's the not knowing what's going on that is so frustrating...

Good morning,

You are correct that, while some cases may be more complicated than others, USCIS aims to process cases on a first-in, first-out basis. Unless it was expedited, I would be surprised if a case filed in August had already been adjudicated. USCIS did transfer some cases from the Vermont Service (VSC) to the Texas Service Center (TSC) to improve overall processing times. It obviously took some time to ship the cases to the TSC and then unpack them, but I believe the TSC should be close to the 5-month processing time.

Sincerely,

Drew Geary

My case was touched today! Got a notice that said, "On September 12, 2013, your address was changed relating to the I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) that you filed. Please check our website at www.uscis.gov for further updates on your case."

Neither I nor my fiancé have made an address change, so I'm not sure what it is about. I checked the two EAC case numbers before and after mine and one of the before and one of the after were actually approved!!!!! (Of the others, one hadn't changed and one was an RFE).

So I'm bummed that mine wasn't approved, but maybe heading in the right direction? Not sure.

Great news hopefully for you all too..... I think we were all transferred around the same time.... ( ours August 8th)....

Out petition was approved yesterday (11th) received email at 02.50 this morning...... All but two in my small batch of numbers were also approved... (9 numbers around mine in total)......

Now comes the NVC wait..... But at least the worst part is over.....

I know it's not easy waiting when later filers are being approved and I won't tell you to be patient because I know how difficult I found it ( but hang in there guys)..... I can't be much longer if you were transferred the beginning of August..... I have my fingers crossed for you all ....... Good luck, keep us updated.....

We received the hard copy of rfe and they asked for 2x2 pic of the petitioner which is we already send it to them in the packet they ask for ordinary cloths to wear in the pic instead of formal wear... OMG i don't believe in that so simple issue they keep us waiting and make us so worried.. I don't know if i will hate them or what. Anyway, thank God for not making our rfe so hard. God is so good all the time. We reply for rfe sept 12. In US and we are Waiting for response review.

Another long waits for noa2 but im happy we are done to rfe that so easy;)

Good luck and God bless us all.
