Hey, could someone verify the cost of the medical at Knightsbridge in London for a K-1 filer?

This is from their website:

As of July 1st, 2013, the following charges will apply:-

Adult (aged 15 years and above)
(medical, chest X-ray and blood test)

£235

Child (aged 14 years and below)

£110

Medical examination for Non-Immigrant visas

£280

I am unclear over whether it is £235 or £280 - from what other people are saying, I originally thought it was £235 - but then it says the fee for a non-immigrant visa is £280 and isn't the K-1 visa considered non-immigrant?

We had ours last month and was charged £235 for adult £110 child.
