Do I need to file a separate I130 for each dependent of my spouse. I seem to have read somewhere that the dependent children of the beneficiary obtain derivative status with the original I130 petition for the spouse. Is this correct or must I file a spearte I130 for each dependent?

Thanks,

Roberto
