where to mail my I-130 package to?

Hi Im ready to mail my I-130 package but I am confused on where to mail it to. Know I'm from hawaii and have to mail it to phoenix lockbox but which uscis address do I send it to?

Please help I would like to send my I-130 packet to the right address quickest.

You use the 1st address is if you are mailing it through US postal service. Use the 2nd address if you are using another carrier like FedEx or ups

No. You are wrong. The first address is used if you use USPS first class and probably USPS priority.

If you use USPS Express mail and FedEX or USPS then use the second.

I used USPS express mail and used the second address. ( $19.99- flat rate enveelope)

Being said that USPS changed the names for priority and express. The old priority is still called priority while the old Express is now called Priority Mail Express. Double check with PO

You are correct, it does say if you use express mail to use the second address as it is the USPS courier system.
