Case transferred to NVC????

They just called me back with no help. Telling me people are winding down for the weekend to check back next week. What a #######. Looks like when you make inquiries they hold your case up!!! I'm done calling.

Thanks , I guess if they transfer me today's will not get notification until later tonight or tomorrow.

We got approved on 07/22 and got email that our case has been shipped to NVC on 08/08....but as at now (08/19) they keep telling us to wait for 8weeks each time we call NVC....this is getting crazy!!

Still no email that my case was sent to NVC. CALLED DOS TODAY AND STILL NOTHING. I SEE A FEW CASES APPROVED ON 7/24 just like mine still sitting at TSC. WITH NO UPDATES. MY LAST THREE DIGITS ARE 413.

Woohoo! Called today and found out NVC received our case on August 19th and they've assigned an MNL#. The agent said they've not sent it to the embassy yet and to keep calling to find out when.

I've been looking at the great guide that Hank has provided ("Thanks so much, Hank, for the incredible help!") to determine what to do next...

Do I need to wait until I know the NVC has shipped everything to Manila or can we move forward now with scheduling my fiancee's interview?

Awesome! NVC has sent our case to Manila TODAY! Guess its time to schedule her interview... WooHoo!

Thanks to GOD, visajourney, and specific thanks to Hank for all great advice on K-1 visa process for Manila. My fiancee had her interview today and it was APPROVED!

Woohoo!

Now just have to wait and wonder when her visa will be ready so we can complete CFO and schedule her flight... but right now I'm so excited and happy that I can barely contain myself.
