Same situation as me, same procedure as me. Adjustment of status concurrent filing, I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131 with other annexures and supporting documents. Good luck.

Hello,

I think you are same situation with me. This filing is really complicated. Have you completed I-485 form yet? I was just wondering what 'Application type' should I choose in part 2.

Box 1 would apply. Read the instructions for the I-485 form ;)

As you will be doing an adjustment of status from a work or student based and not from a family based visa (K1), you must also send the I-130 at the same time as the I-485. ;)

Thank you so much for your answer. I'm really glad that I discovered this site. Thank you.

I am in the same Situation. My question is: Form I-765 -the initial question : I am applying for ...?? I already have an EAD for F1-OPT STEM extension. The options are a) Permission to accept employment, b) Replacement of lost or stolen card, c) Renewal of my permission to accept employment. What is the right answer ? I am thinking renewal.
