Visa moved to local office

I filed on May 29, 2013 for my I129F fiance visa. The application was then moved to the Vermont Service Center on June 3, 2013. I received notice today, 8/8/2013, that my application has been moved to a local office which will then make the decision. Does anyone know of another office other than the Vermont and California Service Centers? Do you think this will affect the 5 month timing?

Thanks for your help!

Likely means that you have been transferred to Texas Service Center, to deal with the Vermont backlog. Nothing to worry about - I was transferred in June and my case took 5 months + 1 week to process so it's not a really big delay.

If it was moved to Texas the letter would have said Texas, being it said a local office that makes me think USCIS wants to "talk to you" and the petition was transferred to the USCIS office nearest you.
