got my case number !! what is next ??

Hello people of Visa Journey ,

just got my case number ! they told me that i should contact USA Embassy in Montreal .. Yes i will do ,,, but what is coming next ... how long more until we finally finish with

all of this !

You have been sitting around waiting over 5 months for the NOA2 so you should have spent your time wisely to be prepared for the next steps.

May 24, 2011 NOA1

Sept 11, 2011 NOA2-took 19 days to get case number

Sept 30, 2011 NVC number and IIN received Friday-gotta wait till Monday

Oct 13, 2011 Case Completed- 13 days from receiving case number Took 32 days from NOA2

Nov 30, 2011 Notified of Interview date

January 19, 2012 Interview- 240 days from NOA1

INTERVIEW RESULTS-APPROVED WITH 14 WEEKS AP--but he got his visa in 56 days!!!!!!

PLEASE EDIT YOUR TIMELINE IN YOUR PROFILE SO OTHERS CAN LEARN HOW LONG EACH STEP TAKES IN THIS PROCESS

They told you to contact US embassy in Montreal? In my country, the embassy will be the one who contact the petitioner to ask the updated info of the beneficiary and then embassy will send the packet 3 to the beneficiary by email (some country by mail). Then beneficiary will prepare the requirements given in packet 3 (medical, police certificate, translation, etc). Petitioner also prepare things (affidavit support) and send it to beneficiary.

The NOA2 valid for four months means you need to get the interview before the validation time ends.
