Ok back to english..... Wish there would be a good german forum like this :P I would tell people to stop talking in english :D

No the I-134 doesn't need to be notorized! I have never heard from it..... And I think a copy of tax return from 2012 and if you already have it from 2013 would be good too! If your fiance has any stock he needs to put evidance of this too.....

I will put W2's as copies in it too!

thanks :) i have nothing against the german language, on the contrary i love the way it sounds and btw i used to learn it in high school :)

thing is that people dont speak german and would be better to post in the language understandable for us :)

i just sent them W2s and tax returns of the last 3 years, no bank statements, no letter from the bank showing the savings, nothing like that.

just tax returns and W2s

Mine is glossy, not sure if matte is ok? I guess it's okay as long as it's the size that they want!

It's been 7 months since we filed for the K-1 visa but this part of the process is drawing to a close. Positivity to everyone still going through the process!

How's everyone? I just got the last piece of documentation I need to fly out to the USA (called the CFO certificate with sticker). The next several days will deal with me moving my things out of my condo to the family home and transferring the management of my business to an employee.

I hope everybody else is done or close to filling in the last bits of paperwork so you can be reunited with your loved one.

Hi everyone!

I have a question regarding the form I-134:

My fiance is working on his current job since Jan 02, 2014. He makes $520 weekly on average (that is what his letter from employer says).

How should he fill out "I derive an annual income of" in question 7 on the form? Can we multiply 520*52 (calendar weeks) = $27,040 ??? Is this allowed or will we have problems?

Another question: Since he just started working there two months ago, should we have a co sponsor as well even though his income meets the 125% Poverty Guideline?

Thank you very much!
