hey everybody, i just need to know a few things. i got package 3 yesterday and was told to submit the ds-230 pt 1 so that they can schedule an interview date, do i have to send anything else with the ds-230 pt 1 a little help please please

Don't you get a checklist in your P3? From what I remembered, the Malaysian embassy required me to send the completed ds-230 form, the completed checklist, and completed applicant statement that comes with packet 3. I'm not sure how it works there, but you can go to your country's portal to ask them about it. good luck!

thank much , i did found out i only need to send the ds-230 pt 1 to schedule an interview i will send the filled out form. i just wonder how long after will i be able get and interview date because our petition expire march 6

AAAAAHHHHHHHHH GUUUUUUYSS UPDAAATE!!!!!

The secretary from the senator we wrote an E-Mail and a letter too was writing us (my fiancé) an E-Mail!!!

She wrote him today this message:

I wanted to let you know that I had received an update from the TEXAS SERVICE CENTER.

USCIS has received your I-129F petition. - (OMG THANK GOD FOR THAT!!! Was my thought, when I read it, I thought it was lost!)

Currently your petition is being reviewed and a decision should be issued within 30 business days. I will check in with you again around March 17th. If you should receive notice of a change in status before then please let me know.

AAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH OMG!!! After all that waiting!!!! And I was crying so much an hour ago and wanted to give up in everything i was so down with everything and my life and 20 mins ago I got this message I'm so unbelievable happy again! How close these both feelings are to each other!!! Please keep fingers crossed for us that it will be finally approved soon everybody <3

Don't worry about renewing.. it will automatically renewed if the embassy has not set your interview date yet and you can check your country's portal to see the estimate days from the embassy receiving the P3 reply and the interview date. Good Luck!

Hey August filers...we are still waiting for NOA2, received this today...anyone ever get this response from USCIS after putting in service request:

Hi all, I had to put in a service request with the USCIS on Monday January 27, 2014 because we were beyond processing times...and received this response from them this morning:

The status of this service request is:

We have received your service request and researched the status of your case. We have had to perform an additional review and this has caused a delay in processing time. Your case is currently with an adjudicating officer. You should receive a decision or notice of further action within 60 days.

What I want to know is has anyone ever received this before, is this pretty much standard..good or bad...additional review????..our package is crystal clear...has anyone seen this type of response before......shaking in my boots over here..someone please help me with this....

Hi Hakobrena..how are you??? I received it via email, the one I have signed up for online, I put the request in via customer service operator at USCIS, I also wrote my senator on Wednesday, I'm really not sure if she had something to do with it, but I received this response via email early this morning like at 9am...my initial review is still the same, case says still hasn't been updated since Sept. 5, 2013 with the alien registration number thingy..Hang in there!!!!

Oh my God!!!! So sorry to hear that,,,,, how is he not approved at the interview? What could possibly go wrong??? Be strong, don't give up at this process!
