Hi I am a July k1 filer but transferred in August to tsc. I am also waiting for noa2. Anyone know what date they are processing now and does my clock start in August because of the transfer even if I filed in July? It is so frustrating.

Hey, we were filling in august 2013 too and got transferred to TSC from the beginning... No other Service Center. I'm sorry I don't know really an answer on your question because of when your timeline starts but my fiance and me we called last week because we have reached the 5 months processing time...they told us last week on monday that they would work on july16, 2013 petitions.... With me here are two other couples that are still waiting for NOA2 since august.... We are really frustrated too.....:'(

Trisha I called USCIS again to see what date they are working on, they told me the same thing from last week, that they are working on july 16 cases. I already heard this one week ago they said july 16, and they also said everyday the date moving up. So how come they keep saying the same date a week later??????? This is soooo hopeless oh my dear God!!!!!! Im getting so mad now!!! I hope Davy&Lynette are ok, we don't hear from them, I hope they are holding on.

Hey, my fiance called there too on thursday last week and they told him we should call next week again because they are not always UPDATING their time window on the PC! So it's possible they told us that they are already further.... But didn't updated their computers yet....

We have a hard time since he left on january 11, 2014 :'( we argue almost everyday because this situation is so &%#$£ stupid! We both know it is because of this bullsh!t and that we can't be with each other.....

because we have such wonderful and amazing times and moments when we are together!

Do you know the song STRONG from London Grammar? It makes me cry everytime i hear it ...... It reminds me a little on me and him and that we can't be together.....so don't listen to it when you want to be happy

Hakobrena, we are still waiting, I'm just trying to find other things to keep me busy and stop worrying about this mess..but yes we haven't heard anything and are still waiting, this really sucks major bigtime.

Hello people,

my fiancé called USCIS today again and they told HIM that they actually work on august, 16th 2013 petitions!!!!

I know on igor's List you see people getting approved ALREADY from december 2013 but oh well, that's just the information I can give ya'll here that they told him!

Another fact is that they passed now our receipt date from august, 12th 2013!!!!!

My fiancé asked for a service request and they told him that they will contact him in the next 15 days or less to tell us what's going on!!! PLEASE PRAYERS PRAY FOR US TOO

I am so upset and frustrated at the same time!!! :'((((
