We filed August 16th and tonight we received notice that our I-129F has been APPROVED. NOA-2 sent today. Let's see when it arrives. FINALLY!!!!!!!

Good question! That's what I'd like to know. I've read about ranges anywhere from 2 to 6-8 weeks.

We are going to submit that form tomorrow after the medical.

I just checked the embassy website and it says we can expect to wait 6 weeks to hear from them after submitting the Applicant Readiness form. My understanding is that they then send a letter with an interview date one month later, so about I'm hoping the worst case scenario is 10 weeks from submitting until interview.

I hope you hear very soon! Have you tried calling USCIS? Sometimes I think just bringing the case up to someone's attention moves things along...that could be my imagination.

Now Im Keeping my fingers crossed for the rest of us still waiting for that final approval... I really hope we start getting them soon!!!!! Its almost 5 months for us ((

I hope you hear very soon! Have you tried calling USCIS? Sometimes I think just bringing the case up to someone's attention moves things along...that could be my imagination.

We did, when we were in the beginning of month no. 3! There we just got the standard answer to wait the full processing time before we could get any more information,..... And nothing happend to our case.....

My fiance wrote the senator from alabama an e-mail 3 weeks ago and he advised us to a higher person that can get an infopass from uscis about our case! My fiance wrote his secretary and she said to us to mail a letter with authorization that he can gets information for us from USCIS, Copy of NOA1 and my full name and birth date of me and so on....

He should have received this letter yesterday, so we are excited..... Hopefully hearing something good next week!

Are they not working on our case because they see .... "Aaahh they use an attorney, we work on their case later" or what

My baby passed the interview today 2013/12/12 in Guangzhou, China. Passport/visa will be ready in two weeks
