Hi i got NOA2 oct 16 on Oct 29 it was shipped to NVC and on Nov 5 it was recieved at NVC and yesterday Nov 12 it arrived at my consulate Good luck

Hi all,

We received our NOA-1 on August 16th and are STILL WAITING for the NOA-2. Last action was the change of the alien number on October 16th. Approaching 90 days come Friday.

I am still waiting for their reply to my email but I think they have received the file. I'm planning on a January interview but I have to wait for the embassy to schedule it..

We called DoS earlier and they confirmed that the physical files have been shipped last week but haven't been received by USEM Manila. We checked the DHL tracking and looks like our docs are still in transit. Hopefully will arrive tomorrow and will be on consulate system by Tuesday. Too tight of a schedule. Ugh. Crossing fingers though.

Anyway, good luck N&P. Hope we all can get over this soon!

My status is CEAC changed to Ready, so I am sure they have it. I hope that they will reply to my email soon

Good luck on your interview! I am sure that they will receive your physical case soon. It seems like it's taking too long to send your file to the Embassy in Philippines.

I am looking to follow in your footsteps...our NOA2 was Oct 30 so since yours was sent to NVC two weeks later, ours should be sent tomorrow, right?? But then there is the wait for the case number...this is a craaaazy process!

Yes, that should more or less be the timeframe, I think!

We can't wait to be over with this!!!

The embassy here received my file on Nov 12. I think they started working on today, that's when my status changed. Your status will change when they start processing your file!

Two weeks past the NOA2 letter (10/29/2013) and NVC still have not receieve. Since USIC e-noification said they sent to DoS 11/7/2013, maybe it 2 weeks from that date? So i should be calling around the 21th of Nov?

I'm sooooooooooooo tired of waiting!!! Sorry for being so impatient and rude but I can't help myself anymore.

I'm really losing all faith and I don't know what to do anymore! Since a few days I start to ask myself if all this here was correct!! I love my Baby really so much but is this right??? :'-(

Sorry, but I really have NO criminal background I was just getting one time denied when I wanted to see him again on June 30th for another 2 months, but I didn't know that I couldn't go after being just two weeks in germany........ We had never a thought about INTENT to immigrate!

I know that it's just "3 months" what some of you would start to think now, LOL , but NO, when you have NO Job and have to sit every single day in your parents house for the NOA2 and no own car, THAN I bet some of you can imagine a little better my situation! I've been sitting here since 5 months and wait!

Because I came back on June 17th (from a 2 months stay) from the US and we STARTED the papers with an attorney in July, so since June im sitting here and wait!!

I'm freakin'out inside of me every single day!!! This is super bulls... sorry!!!

I could right now start to cry in my pillow again,..... I don't even want to hear that we are close to it anymore, because this can't be true! There is nothing since over 3 damn months happening!

And the luck seems to be not on our site!! I'm desperate and don't feel happyness in me anymore :-CCC!

It is really a mean process to me sorry! :'-(

Hi 129FK1, we waited for 3 weeks prior to calling and just concentrated on gathering documents needed for the interview. Part of us waiting is because we didn't want to get frustrated because CSC was super slow in getting our files to NVC. You are lucky that TSC works a bit faster. Yea, give them 2-3 weeks. And call DoS. Little to no wait at all. Good luck!

Hey August filers! I haven't been on this thread in a while, but wanted to give a quick update. Our visa was approved at the interview today!!! It's still so surreal, I think I need to sleep on it, lol. We sure are glad we'll be together before Thanksgiving Good luck to all of you on the rest of this journey. May we all be with our loved ones soon.
