Happy for you! Same here...status said "In Transit". My fiance had registered for medical on Tuesday. We will be paying for visa tomorrow and hoping to have the interview scheduled online tomorrow as well. Hoping and praying for a smooth processing...

Best of luck to us all!!!smile.png

Well, I cannot schedule for my medical yet (I tried to but the clinic told me to call again on Monday, and the doctor might be away during the time that I want to do the medical crying.gif ) and the embassy here will schedule for the interview. I am hoping for a January interview so me and my fiance can go together!! dancin5hr.gifdancin5hr.gifdancin5hr.gif

Congratulations to all those who recently got their NOA2, good luck to those who will have their medical exams.

For those who will take their medical check up at SLEC:

  • Try to register online. It will save you time.
  • Try to come in a bit earlier too so you will finish early. Who knows, you might even get lucky to finish in a day :)
  • Bring a book to read if you must, it could be a bit boring. Or maybe iPad?
  • It could be cold there as well so a jacket or something to keep you warm would help.
  • No companions allowed in the building. They would either have to wait outside or somewhere else so it won't be wise to bring someone along.
  • For those with long hair, make sure to bring a pony tail or hair clamp. You will need this when you take your chest x-ray.
  • And oh, a pen. Bring a pen as you will occasionally fill out forms etc.

To all those who are still anxiously waiting for their NOA2, sending you positive vibes! Approval is just around the corner.goofy.gif

For those who will be having their interviews soon, best of luck to us! Hope we can also post our interview questions here to help others out.

Cheers y'all and let's keep each other posted!

You will hear from them soon. Not Monday though.. They have Skype too! Try and call or PM them with Skype. Maybe you can get a reply faster?

Thanks for that great info! I'll try it this week.

Hi Amy101,

Our NOA2 was 27th October, and we got our case number for the London Embassy last week on Friday. My fiancée called the Department of State on (202)485-7600, and got through to a real person right away, no waiting. They gave her the case number and said it had been sent from the NVC on 6th November. Our petition was processed through CSC.

Hopefully yours isn't far away!
