I have noticed that california petitions are going fast i am in TSC have you guys gotten your noa2

CSC is going fast with issuing NOA2's. But they've been taking much longer (about 41 days!) than TSC to get the approved petitions to NVC. So the overall timing kinda evens out in the end.

Fiance and I both had feelings we were about to be approved. I never check for updates, but something kept telling me to check yesterday and today. Finally gave in and...BAM!!! We were actually approved on Oct. 1st!!!!!!!!!!!!

You may want to call DoS instead I, I hear they have shorter wait times on the phone, and are a lot more helpful than NVC.

DOS : + 1 202-485-7600 to get a human, press 1, then 0, when they are open.

Thx! I just did my timeline, hopefully it's updated now. NOA1 was August 5, and we were at TSC as well. They seem to be working a little faster now. You'll have it before you know it.

What does that mean really? I just called NVC, lady on the phone said they did not receive the case, wait 8 weeks. I was on hold for a bit less than 30mins. (7PM pacific time when I called).

My NOA2 date was 9/17/2013. Does anyone have any luck retrieving more information about their case?

I don't think that any of us from CSC have gotten their case #. We're waiting for 3 weeks to elapse before calling. Have you tried calling DoS? I heard they are more helpful and knowledgeable.

Yes. We are hoping that everything will be done by January so we can start a new year together!! I wonder how long will the process take now. I will wait for a couple of weeks before calling too. I am so unclear of the process from here on out.

Yessss!!!!! Filed my I-129f on Aug 26, got a NOA1 receipt date from CSC on Sept 5 and I just checked my case status online today and it says that our case was approved and mailed yesterday Oct 3! God is so good...
