Wow, California petitions seemed to be getting approved fast!!

Does anyone know the approx. time for Texas? I'm guessing a lot of August filers are being sent straight there rather than Vermont or Cal.

I have noticed that california petitions are going fast i am in TSC have you guys gotten your noa2

Congratulations to everyone that has recently gotten the NOA2. I am very excited for all of you!! I noticed most (if not all) of you that got approved are getting approved through the CA service center. Mine went through Texas. Is there any way to see what the average time to get the NOA2 for that center? I wasn't expecting anything for awhile. All of these approvals are getting me excited (and nervous) smile.png

I know what you mean i am also in the Texas center and would like a timeline for them. I have have noticed California center going fast. Good luck guys we got our noa 1 around the same time

Has anyone who has gotten their NOA 2 received a case number from NVC? I've emailed (no response) and called the number listed on the site (603) 334-0700 (keep getting a busy signal). I know it can take up to 8 weeks, but if you can't get through to check on the status via email or phone, how can I check?

Ours changed to Post Decision activity smile.png you check yours too!

Ours got updated to Post Decision too but according to previous threads, we will not get further notification from CSC unlike with TSC where they get notified when theirs have been forwarded to NVC. We'll need to proactively follow up with NVC. Goodluck to us on the 2nd leg of the process. Whew!

Have you tried calling NVC? I wonder what happens next and when should I give my 3 months notice.

wow you got your noa2 quick!!! my noa1 was earlier than yours on August 19 and still no word of my noa2cray5ol.gif

Hey there! You'll get yours soon! My processing centre was CSC. They process the application sooner but they have a problem with sending it to NVC. TSC have a better reputation when it comes to sending a case to NVC, So far, thee's only one person on this K1 August 2013 filers thread from TSc that has been approve, I hope yours will be soon :)

xx

You may want to call DoS instead I, I hear they have shorter wait times on the phone, and are a lot more helpful than NVC.

DOS : + 1 202-485-7600 to get a human, press 1, then 0, when they are open.

Good luck :)

We got our NOA2!!!!!
