That's not true..I got case completed via phone and then the next day, NVC sent me this message:

I-864, Affidavit of Support Checklist

[x] The NVC recently completed our review of your visa case. While you meet the minimum qualifications for a visa

interview to be scheduled your Affidavit of Support contained one or more sections with missing or incorrect

information. Please review the additional instructions below then complete a new Affidavit of Support. (You can

download the I-864 form and instructions at http://www.uscis.gov/i-864.) Once you have completed the new

Affidavit of Support, please provide it to the principal applicant to bring to his or her visa interview. Do not submit

your new Affidavit of Support to the NVC, as doing so will reopen your case and cause processing delays

...And after 3 days, NVC sent me an Interview schedule..

Using your NVC Case number you can go to https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx

Maybe your packet 4 was delayed because of the bad weather last aug19-21 and plus the holidays.. I feel you will have interview on september last week or first week of october..

I just noticed 1 month after Case complete.. you will already have your interview the following month.

mine Case complete august 1 or 8 and have interview on sept. 5.. after a month

oh really your medical was too early ha.. So they will not question it if i will do my medical 2 weeks before my interview? Because according to the USEm manila do your medical 5-7 working days before your interview.. I want it 2 weeks before because if i will follow their instruction i might have my menstrual period on the last week of sept :) .. So when did you do your medical? Thanks :)
