Impatiently waiting for our case complete!!!

I sent my RFE checklist and NVC received it july 10 since I tracked my package. but NVC never email us whether they receive our checklist or not.. But when I check our nvc status at ceac,it says "at NVC Please follow the instructions you received from the National Visa Center (NVC) for the next step in the processing of your visa petition. If you have misplaced the instructions sent to you by the NVC or did not receive them, please contact us at http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3177.html for additional information. what this mean????

please help me how long more to wait to get case complete.. I always try to call NVC but always busy tone hmmmmm Help!!!

We received NVC Checklist too and submitted the response last July 11..I was just tracking it through USPS tracking number and found out it arrived at NVC facility July 15th..I called NVC yesterday to check our papers and was surprised to hear that case completed that day...

Try calling NVC 11pm Eastern time..That's what i did 11am my time..Usually its busy and i was put on-hold for 7 minutes..Not bad..

NVC Case Number -- 05/14/2013

Medical Exam ------ 05/28/2013

Case Complete ------- 08/06/2013

POE SFO ------------- 10/21/2013

I received email just now!!!!

Dear Sir or Madam:

The National Visa Center has received all documentation necessary to complete pre-processing

of your case. As soon as an interview date has been scheduled, the applicant, petitioner

and attorney (if applicable) will be notified.

The applicant should NOT make any travel arrangements, sell property, or give up employment

until the US Embassy or Consulate General has issued a visa.

The US Embassy or Consulate General may require additional documentation at the time of

the interview. Additional documentation requirements if applicable can be referenced at

the following URL: http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3742.html

Congratulations, I have added you to the Case Complete list. Even though you juzt got email your case complete date is 8/1. If you called NVC they will confirm that, Come on over to the thread.

How far are you so far?..When did u send all the docs at NVC?

vic2or Im waiting for my case to be complete... The NVC received my DS230 and docs last july 22 and now im waiting for their response.. i called them last week the girl said give them 20 working days for my ds230 to review... how about you when the nvc received yours and when it was become case complete.. hope you will share your visa journey .. :)

We sent our docs last June 12..July 3 we received Checklist for our AOS..Then we sent the reply last July 11. It arrived at NVC July 15. I called NVC August 6 and they said its Case Complete though we have another checklist for AOS again but was told to bring on Interview..August 12, Interview appointment from NVC arrived in my email..

So the girl is right i need to wait for 20 days, from july 22.. on august 16 it must be case complete right... When is your interview? Congrats
