1 friend of mine whose k1 visa already received NOA2 case forwarded to nvc he is from kosova . now they dont want to get married because he is falling love with different girl they want to get married now his girlfriend is USA Army. so if he marry army girl can he still be able to file ICR1 or k3 what gone a happen if he did not do the further step from his Ex - girlfriend and what he need to do to start process with his new marriage with army girl they are getting married soon .

The bets thing would be for the original US petitioner to cancel the K1.

Then after he is married, his new US wife can petition him. He WILL be asked some pointed questions about why he goes from one US partner to another so quickly.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
