I have a question. To schedule medical exam for K1 visa in Ukraine. Do we use 1) our case number from NVC, - KEV2013XXXXXXXXXXX, or 2) the number on our receipt where we paid visa fees at bank or 3) do they give us a number in the letter from embassy.

We are trying to get things done as soon as possible. My fiancé has an 11 year old daughter and school starts on Monday. Our status shows case is ready at embassy, but we have not gotten letter from embassy yet.

All you need for the medical exam is to call and bring with you your KEV2013xxxxxxx number, vaccine records, passport and 3 passport size photos.
