My mom is petitioner to bring my two younger brothers & their case is approved , we ready to file affidavit support , the problem is my mom came to united states about a year ago and she is not working and doesn't have any income( zero) , she is living with me , me and my friend have enough income , is there anyway to use our income to sponsor my two brothers under her petition ? Is she supposed to fill I-864? Do we need to write any letter ( if so please provide us with sample) . We all new for this process and I need help please

yes, she has to file an i864 for each one as the primary sponsor and petitioner. you can file the i864A and your friend another i864 as joint sponsor

but you cannot combine your income with your friend, nor can your mother combine income with your friend. your friend's income has to be enough to sponsor one or two of them since they are separate petitions.

Mom must send in her own I-864. She declares she has no income and was not required to file tax returns.

You and your friend cannot combine income.

You could be the Joint Sponsor for one brother. Your friend can be the Joint Sponsor for the other brother. Only one Joint Sponsor per case.

Each Joint Sponsor sends in his own I-864.
