I received this email from the Senate's Office, but I haven't heard anything from the NVC. What can I do now that I have my case number?

Dear Mr. XXXX,
In response to my inquiry on your behalf, I have been in contact with and received the following information from the National Visa Center:
Thank you for your email dated August 5, 2013. The National Visa Center (NVC) received the K1 (fiancée) petition filed by Stephen Matthew Johnston on behalf of Meilin Bin and assigned case number GUZ2013XXXXXX.
We forwarded this case to the U.S. Consulate General in Guangzhou, China on August 5, 2013. Any further inquiries should be directed to the U.S. Consulate General.
I hope you find the response from National Visa Center to be helpful.
I appreciate your bringing this matter to my attention and giving me the opportunity to assist you in resolving this issue. Please feel free to contact my office in the future should you need assistance with another matter involving the federal government.
Sincerely,
Maria Cantwell
United States Senator

make an account at ustraveldocs.com

and study the china sub-forum here.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Thanks!

I am trying to make an account, but I am unclear on what priority date is??? Additionally, it's asking for an address with a state, postal code, etc, but this is supposed to be a Chinese address, right?
