Please Help

I'm trying to e-file I-90 since my green card was stolen, i never got to see how my name was written on it, my last name is complex( 2 names) and i don't have a middle name,

I-90:

In order to electronically process your application, you must provide information for the items
marked * below. Family Name (Last Name): *ABCD EFGH
Given Name (First Name): *QQQQ

I entered my name and everything looks good so far, the problem is at the end before i make the payment it will show like the following:

I-90 - ABCD EFG, QQQQ

The last letter of my last name (H) is not showing, ( because it's too long) the only wat to make it fit it is to take one of the space off, but then my last name will be connected which is not the right way that shows on my passport

What am i supposed to do? i don't want them to send me the new Green card with the wrong name on it.....

Also do you guys know if i have to send it any other forms since i'm e-filing I-90

Maybe you should file by mail in this case.
