Hi

My wife is raising a I 130 for my Conditional GC. We where thinking for concurrent filling I 130, I 485, I 765, I 131. But when I was going through I 485 forum what I found is that we have to file I 864. The problem here is that my wife is a student and she is not having any job or income. Meanwhile I am working for a S/W firm on L1 visa and I have a annual income of more that 125% of poverty line. I have been working in US for last 3 years.

My question is that how will I show I 864 as my wife is not an earner as of now but we are having good income from my job and that cannot be showed I 864. Please guide me on what should I do for this situation.

Also since I am having this situation shall I go ahead and raise the I 130 now and wait for a resolution on I 864 for do the remaining filling ( I 485, I 765, I 131).

Regards

Robin
