Since i have post my situation, i have started seriouly thinking to revoke my visa application before my interview date, , husband absent , gone and disappeared , i dont want just to forget about all this stressful process and move on on my life , can the beneficiary revoke and cancell the visa application? how ? or just the petitioner who has the right to revoke the petition , thanks

The beneficiary can decide stop the application process without prejudice at anytime by simply contacting the consulate and letting them know you wish to withdraw the application. You can even do that at the interview. The petitioner has nothing to do with the application process, once the petition is approved, other than possibly providing the funds, and any documents the applicant requires.

Or, you can simply not show up for the interview.

I am sorry. I do know that pain and t hurts and you are embarrassed and humiliated but it is well and soon your smile will come back and your heart will stop hurting.

Forget about the interview just don't show up. It's for him to clean up the mess. You need to seek a lawyer in your country or call your court house to see how to file for divorce or annulment in absentcia.

Your family will commend you maybe a "I told you so: but at least you will be surrounded by those who love you and only want the best for you. I m sure you parents know who to contact.

thanks very much dwheels this is excatly what i was trying to explain, and looking for, i was thinking if i dont go to my interview , i was thinking they may think i was playing or he may contact them or something like tht , and he is one who was playing not me,

I can't imagine how difficult this situation is for you. After you've gone through your family's disapproval once, now you must go through it again. And there will be, "I told you so." But this is your family, you are hurting and need their support at this difficult time, and they will give that to you.

'This too shall pass', I'm sure there is such a saying in your language too. The next year or so will be difficult for you, but you will come out stronger. Trust me on this, most of us have gone through something similar, where we found out someone we loved was not who we thought they were.

Salam and 3idek mabrouk. Don't be shy and don't be ashamed. Your dad will not be sad or mad at you, God didn't have the will for you to have a marriage with this man. I'm glad you found out about that now rather then coming here and then abandoning you here by yourself (worse). You can call the embassy and let them know you don't wish to pursue to the interview or just don't show up. Your family will understand that's why they are called family. Rabi m3ak.

Without knowing your family dynamics, I suggest you have a long talk with your mother. Tell her what you told us, pour out your heart to her, maybe cry a little together. Let her tell your father - I suspect she will tell him your situation in a way that you cannot; even if he will be disappointed, it will be OK.

Dear Samiha,

I am so sorry about your situation. I really like the above advice. Tell your mother, first, everything that you told us and how you feel ashamed. Let all of your feelings out and the truth will set you free.

We will all keep you in our prayers and send positive thoughts your way.

*hugs*

If he abandoned you, why are you pursuing a Visa? What is the basis for your entry to the US as the spouse of a USC citizen you intend to divorce? You should probably try to get an annulment in your country. From what you have posted, you don't have a bona fide relationship, and I am sure you will be denied a visa for that reason.

Your remark is inappropriate and you are out of line giving this innocent girl a hard time.

She isn't pursuing a VISA she's looking for her HUSBAND and pursuing her marriage. Good grief.

i don't get it.
