We are having this issue with a card issued over a year ago. If you look at the ssa page in this email sting it tlak about high numbers and they no longer publish this report since they went to randomized numbers in 2011. Riunnin a check for a loan the number comes back with my wifes info..but says no number issued. She has a bank account and we even filed taxes this year with it..but number looks invalid to many places..anyone else witht the issue?
