Package 3 papers from petitioner

So we are currently gathering documents that well have to send to the embassy in frankfurt once we get the checklist. I understand my fiancé (the USC) has to send me the following documents:

Last two tax returns

Most recent pay stubs (3?)

Employment letter from his boss

New dated letter of intent

Affidavit of support

Did I forget anything??

Also, we understand the letters and the affidavit have to be the originals since they are signed. But what about the rest? Can my fiancé email the pay stubs once we get an interview date since they want the most recent ones? They aren't signed or anything.

Only documents that require an original signature need to be the originals. Everything else can be a copy.

I believe the 1-134 and supporting documents (paystubs being one of them) would need to be submitted together before the interview. Please refer to the original instructions for Packet 3.

Shoot! Of course you're right! I meant once we get the package 3! My brain is so deep fried with this process I'm sorry for the mix up!

Yes, the paystubs can be sent after getting the packet 3 since they can just be scanned and e-mailed and don't need to be signed. But I-134 needs to be with original signature so just make sure you receive that as soon as possible to send it with packet 3. Good luck !!
