My fiance forgot to give me his letter of intent before I left him and I wanted to send it with the I-129F application on Monday. Can he fax me a copy or do I have to have his original? Please advise. Thanks.

Hmm....I think signatures need to be original but I honestly don't know. Someone smarter than me will hopefully come along and answer this :)

Yes you need an original signature. Have him express post it to you. I would register it too as I have had mail go bye byes in the past.
