All I see on the ESTA form is this question, which it does not sound like you "misrepresented". You were neither arrested nor convicted.

"Have you ever been arrested or convicted for an offense or crime involving moral turpitude or a violation related to a controlled substance; or have been arrested or convicted for two or more offenses for which the aggregate sentence to confinement was five years or more; or have been a controlled substance trafficker; or are you seeking entry to engage in criminal or immoral activities?"

well to get a caution means an arrest

but it was without force i was asked by letter to go to the local station 3 weeks after and explain if i can remember they took some pics of a cone and of me

asked if i took the cone from i belive i said yes from the hedge and was slapped with a caution its still so vague as it was pointless

well thats what i put as i forgot about it and is on my record for taking a traffic cone so i should of put yes and would of if i had known so thats where the missrep for acimt on vwp comes in and that = a denial right ?
