desperate...3+ years good income and denied at interview

Well a bit of advice, I came over the poverty line 2009 -2011 but not in 2012. 2013 I sent them pay stubs showing I have a good paying job now. Nvc says we're ok but the interviewing officer says no. So now we're stuck sending in the co-sponsor i864 and waitingfor another interview date. The advice is, get a co-sponsor and save some time. We have been blessed that things have gone rather quickly, but being so close and now this, UGH

Current income is what counts.

NVC doesn't approve anything. All they are checking is current pay meets guideline. And they accept your AOS package. That's it for them.

Its the CO who looks deeper and most embassies (I know for Nigeria is one) they want to see previous year above guideline and current year.

So even though you are good currently like you said last year no.

So why do they ask for 3 years? And if I'm currently over guidelines in 2013 why does 2012 matter? When we got married in October 2012, the most current year was 2011. But at the time of her interview, 2012 was the most current.. Im so confused lol. Needless to say, 2009-2011 doesnt matter. Current 2013 income doesnt matter. It seems to be the most recent tax income statement at the time of the interview is what does matter. Hope my confusing mess helps someone save some time :)

The paper they gave my wife also states they need the original marriage license. ..I sent it to the nvc and my wife saw it there at the interview. So wth do I do about that?
