your annulment doesn't matter.

what matters is the place in the queue, of the I-129F petition, at the USCIS service center.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

was the annulment complete prior to filing the I-129F? That's really a side-issue, though.

Your petitioner can call into USCIS, ask for a Tier 2 Human, an ISO,

and inquire about casefile status anytime the USCIS call center is open.

That's always possible - however - is also quite possible that the casefile was transferred to Texas Service Center.

Of course, yer fella can learn of this, when talking to the callcenter.

10 months is to long for K1..

did your agent give you the receipt number (NOA1)? this NOA1 should come over after a week you filed your petition.

now all processing will be in 5,5 - 6 months.

i receipt my NOA1 on 11 March, got NOA2 on 24 July, and now we wait for Packet 3 from US embassy in Indonesia to get med exam and interview..

so your agent not doing his job..you shoud ask your fiance check it...

Are you sure the agent sent the case to USCIS when they did?

Definitely ask for the receipt number and check online.

Something seems very wrong? What is your receipt number do you even have that. This is the abt the 3 time i have read someone from your country say they used an agent and they wasted so much time waiting on something that never got filed. You have to checking up to do,

First find out about your receipt#.
