Why 4 pages... (G-325A)

Hi,

I downloaded a G325A form, and there seems to be 4 pages of the same thing.

Do I have to fill out all of them and send them as one?

If I were to submit i485 and i130 together, do I need two sets of these??

Fill it out online once....then print and it will print out 4 copies...easy!

The G-325A gets sent to various departments. You fill in the blanks on the PDF form page 1 and when you print it out all 4 will be completed for you. the pages have different fields at the bottom used by the different departments.

Yes you make 2 sets of G-325A forms 1 set for beneficiary the I-485, and another set benificiary and petitioner for the I-130.
