Hi everyone can someone tell me what papers do i need to give to my mom.

heres the situation my mom will get a tourist visa for her to bring my son over here in the US, my son will stay here for good since my husband will be the one who will file his I-130.

I need a list of papers that i need to send to my mom in case the immigration will ask her at the airport (Philippines before leaving) and at her point of entry.

examples are:

Travel of consent signed by me and my ex-bf

please help i dont wanna have problems when its time for then\m to leave the country.

PS. i cannot go back to the Philippines since i am pregnant yey :)

319 (3/8/13) Approved at interview
345 (4/3/13) I-360, I-485 formally approved; green card production ordered
353 (4/11/13) Received green card

Day 0 (1/3/18) N-400 filed online

Day 6 (1/9/18) Walk-in biometrics in Fort Worth, TX

Day 341 (12/10/18) Interview was scheduled for 1/14/19

Day 376 (1/14/19) Interview

Day 385 (1/23/19) Denied

Day 400 (2/7/19) Denial revoked; N-400 approved; oath ceremony set for 2/14/19

Day 407 (2/14/19) Oath ceremony in Dallas, TX

I think her son will enter as tourist and stay on to adjust status. Kinda of trying to bypass the legal way of immigration.
