Hi all,

Had my interview today at federal plaza in NYC ( AOS from marriage ), all went globally well, it lasted 45 minutes, the only two things that I see may have been wrong are when the officer asked my husband when we started dating, he answered in march 2011 which is right but he said " in march 2011 when she came back for an internship " whereas I did come for an internship but in september 2011 ( I came during two months for my internship research and interviews , in march when we started dating as we knew each other since 2007) so we did start dating in march 2011 but my internship started in september : I didn't say anything to correct him as i wasn't allowed to say anything when he was questioned. And second question, the officer asked him where I was living before I get here and I come from a certain part of France but he said another city where I was working for the summer so of course on the papers my former address in my home country is my parents address as I never use the ones where i work in summer camps so I would think it sounds confusing for the officer but at the same time my husband specified it was where i worked for summer camps soooo......thats really the two only things I can think of. at the end he just kept our bank statements ( we have a joint account) took some pictures of our album put them in his file and told us he needed to review and that we would get the answer in about a month - officer very serious but very nice, he talked during 10 minutes with my husband because he happened to work in the same field as my husband and well, thats about it, a lot of questions but so far everything went well and gave the right answers to the asked questions....BUT further review.....soooo...my question is for those who had the same situation, why may have been the reasons of that decisions and how did it end? second interview? approval? thanks!

u might still be approved, i think your interview went very well regardless of what your husband said. anyway, just stay calm, it might take several weeks and hopefully u will get an update. some district offices might take longer than others in giving an approval, am in houston and its taking longer than i expected. it been 4weeks now ans am still waiting. i also got a further review and that doesnt mean u have been approved or rejected. all u can do is just to wait and be hopefull
