Ill file my AOS, EAD and tavel document in Richmond Virgina.

My questions are,

What is the exact address i could mail it??

Do i have to mail AOS, EAD and travel document in different address? What is the exact address of each? Does it have to be in different folder?

And last, each have to be in different receipt? or i could just total and pay it all in one receipt?

need help.. i really dont know what to do..

thanks in advance!!!

(organizer hat off)

:guides: In particular the step-by-step K1/K3 AOS Guide:

Become acquainted with the Family-based AOS process forum, there is a lot of great info there.

Good luck.

As A&B said, the guides are your friend. Take a look at them for AOS specific info. To answer some of your questions, all AOS/AP/EAD applications go to the Chicago lockbox. The address is on the USCIS website. You can group your EAD/AP applications with your AOS. If you do that, you only need to write one check in the amount of $1070, as EAD/AP application fees are waived if you file with AOS. I don't know if there is a specific way you should organize it, so I put everything in the exact order listed in the guides.

Once your package is received, you'll get three receipt numbers from USCIS.

You do not file at your local USCIS office. http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=eb7b5cdc2c463110VgnVCM1000004718190aRCRD&vgnextchannel=fe529c7755cb9010VgnVCM10000045f3d6a1RCRD

The fees for the EAD and AP are waived when filed with a pending I-485. You do not send any fees for them. You send the amount specified in the I-485 instructions, which is a total of $1070($985 +$85 biometric fee) One check will do.

Follow the guide A&B linked you to.
