General question on I 485 Adjust Status application , do I put my new wife's name after we got married for these forms or do I continue to use her pre-marriage name as listed on the K-1 Visa.

Also What forms do I need to fill for for her 15 year old son to change his status as a result of our now marriage

Your wife will use whichever last name your wife is going to use legally from now on. It is her choice to take your name or keep her maiden name, but whichever name she wants to use for all other ID, etc., she should use the same name on her USCIS forms.

Presuming that your wife's sone wants to adjust status, not change status (they are two different things), he will submit an I-485 and the required supporting documents.
