I will mail out my I-751 on Monday morning. My card will expire on Feb 27, 2007.

The following is the list of my evidence. Please go over the list and see if I have missed some items. Thanks in advance.

1. complete I-751 signed by me and my husband (USC)

2. two passport style photos

3. $205 personal check

4. copy of my passport

5. Copy of my permanent residence card (front and back)

6. IRS transcript for 2004 and 2005 federal tax return (married and file jointly)

7. Copy of Joint checking and saving account statements (from the date of marriage to present, two statements per year)

8. Copy of Joint ING direct saving account statements (three statements per year)

9. Copy Joint Mastercard statements (hubby is the holder and I am the authorized user, two statements per year)

10. Copy of Joint visa card statements (i am the holder and hubby is the authorized user, one statement per year)

11. Copy of Health insurance cards (hubby is the subscriber and I am the beneficiary).

12. Copy of dental insurance statements (hubby is the subscriber and I am the beneficiary)

13. Copy of husband's life insurance (i am the primary beneficiary)

14. Copy of husband's 401K statements (I am the primary beneficiary)

15. Copy of joint progressive car insurance card.

16. Copy of house deed with both of our names (even though the house was sold this October)

17. Copy of joint house insurance

18. Copy of joint car and truck titles with both our names

19. Copy of Cingular cell phone bills (only my husband's name is on the bill, but it shows family share plan)

20. Copy of Verizonwireless cell phone bills (only my husband's name is on the bill, but it shows family share plan again)

21. Copy of one electricity bill with new address (only my name is on the bill)

22. Copy of one TV cable and high speed internet bill with the same new address (only my husband's name is on the bill)

23. Copy of travel documents (airline tickets, vouchers and hotel reservations)

24. One affidavit letter from my parents-in-law (signed by both father-in-law and mother-in-law)

25. Copy of photos (trip pictures, family pictures, holiday pictures)

AOS/AP/EAD Timeline (Cincinnati /MSC)

4/27/04 Receipt date for AP, EAD and AOS

5/10/04 Notice date for AP, EAD and AOS

7/21/04 Online EAD approval

7/26/04 EAD card arrived in the mail.

8/16/04 Online AP approval

8/21/04 AP documents in the mail

12/29/04 Receive AOS interview notice

2/24/05 Successful and easy AOS interview with I-551 stamp on the passport.

3/8/05 Green Card arrives in the mail.

Will file I-751 to remove my condition between November 27, 2006 and Feb 27, 2007.

I-751 (Removal of Conditional Residence, NBC)

12/04/06 Mailed out I-751 application through Express Mail

12/05/06 I-751 arrived in Lincoln, NE

12/07/06 check was cashed

12/21/06 NOA1 received with receipt date 12/06/06

12/22/06 biometrics appointment received

12/29/06 original biometrics appointment (didn't make it due to vacation)

1/3/07 biometrics appointment done in cincinnati ASC (only right index finger and photo were taken)

9/14/07 Received an email from USCIS stating that card is in production.

I recommend getting another affidativ. Only your in-laws sound weak to me. I would recommend a friend or a neighbor. You have lots of information, and the instructions say a couple of affidativs, so I would recommend someone other than your in-laws.

Patience is required for this process.

Yes, we'd like to get another affidavit letter. But we really like to send out everything ASAP and get over with preparing the documents. It will take another week or two to get another letter from a friend. And it will be around Christmas by that time. We really want to get this done. :P The instructions say affidavit letter from at least two people. Since both my father-in-law and mother-in-law signed the letter, then we counted them two people even though it is one letter. :D

But thank you for the advice.

Affidavits are optional. From your list of supporting evidence, it seems comprehensive enough to me. :)
