Approved 20th July, no update on USCIC since then saying transferred to NVC?

It will change to "On July 24, 2013, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly."

July 24, 2013 in my case... Your's should be sometime around this or next week... We were approved July 3.

Thanks for the reply :) Yeah, that's what I've been expecting/hoping for, but just getting a little frustrated with no updates. I'm grateful we were approved relatively quickly so far (4 months), but trying to be patient and positive.

I just wanted to see if it could still go to the NVC without the USCIS case status updating, especially after receiving our NOA letter.

If the case status will 100% change online, then I'll stop calling the NVC daily to see if they've received our file.

Interview date: 10/01/13 (Approved)

Due to collect passport from the Embassy (arranged 10/04): collected from London Embassy 10/08/13 (day before my flight!)

EAD received - 02/27/14
Green Card received - 06/12/14

We have different situation, they "on July 25th we shipped this approved or re-affirmed to the National Department", but we never got approval message and our hardcopy of Noa-2!! My fiance called them today and they said we have to wait for hardcopy until 25 of August, and that is ok we didnt receive approval message. Does anybody have the same situation?

I wonder if my file is amongst this new shipment. I mean it makes sense to ship them all together. Also considering we are both heading to the UK US embassy. In my opinion it's cost affective. I might be hopping too much though. I will call them next week and see. Shouldn't take more than 3-4 days surely to get to NVC.

1/28/2014 I-765 application for employment authorization in initial review receipt number given and hard copy has been sent.

2/7/2014 (day11) noa1 hard copy arrived in the mail for I-485 I-131 I-765

2/14/2014 (day18) biometric appt letter arrived in the mail. Appt schedualled for 2/26/2014 11.00am.

2/18/2014 (day 22) biometrics successful walkin.

4/01/2014 faxed expedite supporting documents to number on letter sent to me. Waiting waiting waiting

4/03/2014 (68 days) EAD and AP approved text message sent status post decision. Hooray !!!

4/7/2014 (72 days ) status change to card in production for EAD.

4/10/2014 ( 75 days) status changed after calling uscis regarding urgency of EAD. Also usps tracking number at 20.580pm

Our case was approved on July 12, 2013. Until today, we received a reply from NVC for the 1st email which my fiancee sent on Julu 25. They said that they haven't received our file yet. 4 weeks. DOS said they don't know where is our file. And they only start looking after 30 days. We called USCIS, NVC, DOS twice a week, and still receive same answers :(.
