Waiting 10+months for Mom's AOS

I've been waiting for approval for 10 months and it is still "pending for consideration".

It is I-485 for my mom and dad that I filed in Oct 2012.I am a US Citizen.

Interview went well and it's approved verbally. The Officer told us that we will be getting the green card within 3 weeks, but 10 month later still nothing!!!

I call every month and answer is the same. No response either for the form I-130 that I filed in Sept 2012.

No clue what is going on???

Anybody else has the same experience like me???
