See above. You can also remove the notes or ...'s.

Also, it depends on folk's monitor resolution. On larger displays it will continue to look ok. For the minimum width (1024 I think) you may need to reduce the font (or items) so it fits on one line.

Font size 10 is just too small and hard to read for old lady like me lol

Maybe we'll have a option to chose font size "11" then...??

How about reducing size of profile information on the left? Looks like there are some space on both sides?

Sweet baby jeebus, it's horrible. Why do we need to know on every. single. page. who has an interview today or has been approved. Overkill and messy.

Sorry, but that long stretch of listing who was approved and who is interviewing with all those avatars is really distracting. If you could even just remove them from the actual thread views and have them only on the forum listing/topic views if you must, it would be a help. My eye keeps getting pulled over to the images running down the side instead of simply focusing on reading the posts, as it should be.

What information might be useful in the topic view. If I remove them from this view there will be lots of white space to fill.

As an FYI, I reduced the opacity of the sidebar images to 60% and I think it looks a ton better. Not nearly as glaring. Let me know what you think. I like the idea on new content. Perhaps topics, new PMs, etc.. could be added in place or instead.

The opacity change helps a little, but all the images are still distracting to the eye. Some people have complained it is hard to navigate and find the info here. I do not agree, but perhaps if you added the links to the info in that area, similar to how it is on the main home page, then they might find the links to the info they are seeking easier?

New content sounds good too. The most recent posts? Popular topics?
