My girlfriend was deported fro Puerto Rico for entering with B1 B2 visa with intent to work, she was truthful with the agent but was treated very badly, she was allowed to buy her own ticket to return to Brazil. The paperwork says she will need a waiver to return for 5 years. HELP can she get a waiver for a fiancé visa? I don't think odds are good for another tourist visa. was cited for 212 (a) (7) (I) (ii) this is very rare from what I

can find.
