I am getting to know what everything means:

NVC- National Visa Center

AOS- Affidavit of Support

Touched- When your case is being handled

NOA- Notice of Approval

What is EAD?

What is AP?

DS- whatever numbers What does DS stand for?

Biometrics- Is that the whole Physical or just fingerprinting?

Anything else I need to know?

NOA is Notice of Action. NOA1 is the notice of the receipt of the petition. NOA2 is the notice of approval.

DS - Are the Department of State forms.

Biometrics is fingerprinting, photo, signature capture, and filling out a form with height/weight/hair color/eye color/etc. It does not include the physical. The physical is done by a doctor, biometrics are done at an Application Support Center.

12 Aug 2008: Interview at Albuquerque DO--PASSED!

15 Aug 2008: Oath Ceremony
