I just called nvc after two weeks of approval and i was told they don't have my application yet...they also said i it takes up to seven weeks to receive it....is this true? This is driving me crazy!!!!

03/12/2013 : 129F SENT TO VERMONT

03/14/2013 : NOA1

07/10/2013 : 129F TRANSFERRED TO TSC

07/22/2013: NOA2

08/30/2013: SHIPPED TO NVC

09/04/2013: NVC RECEIVED I-129F

09/06/2013: CASE NUMBER RECEIVED

09/10/2013: CASE SENT TO US EMBASSY (NIGERIA)

09/16/2013: PACKET 3 RECEIVED

09/19/2013: MEDICALS

10/28/2013: INTERVIEW

10/28/2013: APPROVED

For me, it took exactly 15 days. The may receive it tomorrow. Anyway, I'm sure they'll receive it soon.

January, 23, 2013: RFE (he forgot to fill something in!)
January, 24, 2013: Petition sent (again!)
January, 31, 2013: NOA-1
February, 5, 2013: Alien Registration Number changed.

May, 22, 2013: "Address changed" relating to our petition

May, 23, 2013: Petition approved!

June, 7, 2013: NVC received case

June, 11, 2013: case sent to the embassy!

June, 27, 2013: Packet 3 received

June, 28, 2013: Packet 3 sent back

July, 26, 2013: Packet 4 received

August, 02, 2013: Medical exam in Paris

August, 06, 2013: Interview: Approved!

FOR ME....FROM THE DAY IT APPROVED TO RECEIVED CASE # ABOUT 25 DAYS (APPROVED ON JULY 8, 2013, SHIPPED TO NVC JULY 25, 2013, GOT CASE NUMBER AUG 1, 2013, SHIPPED TO EMBASSY AUG 5, 2013)

I KNOW HOW YOU FEELING RIGHT NOW....JUST BE PATIENT...YOU WILL GET YOUR TURN....

This whole process is so crazy random!!! Its just so unorganized.. I confess I feel blessed, less the 4 weeks at USCIS, after approval NVC received case in less then 2 weeks which was july 24th and its now being sent to Embassy... So from start to Embassy its less then 5 months.... But I feel so terrible for others that experience such long waits yet did nothing different then we did... I really pray for everyone... Theres no rhyme or reason these procedures are so spiratic.... Its not even explainable... U can only average the processing times.. Its never ever predictable!! Smh
